Be a Vendor at the Horse Show & Country Fair

As a vendor, we realize you have worked hard to build your brand and carefully select your events and audience. We sincerely thank you for your interest in our show.

Ludwig’s Corner Horse Show and Country Fair has been a Chester County tradition for over 70 years. The local community has grown and we take pride in sharing this wonderful event with old and new faces. In our vendor area, we are seeking a diverse shopping experience that will compliment the holiday weekend celebration. We strive to showcase local vendors and their unique crafts.

We are encouraging vendors to make the shopping experience an interactive/educational opportunity whenever possible. Bringing extra chairs and inviting fairgoers to experience and learn will benefit you the vendor as well as enhance the experience for the shoppers.

Each space will have an eight foot table under a long tent along with an extension cord. You are encouraged to bring a fan and chairs for shoppers to take a break, hopefully in your space! You are welcome to bring your own additional tables, shelving, etc. to display your items within your space. Please feel free to build your space up and/or out to the front of the tent. If you have tall shelves consider weighting the bottom or tethering them to a pole.

Each vendor will receive 2 parking passes each. These will be distributed on Friday afternoon. Please be prepared to give us the names of the people who will be using your parking passes. We will be writing their names on the passes and making a list for the parking volunteers.

Electric is available. Please bring additional extension cords with you as the electric is in the back of the tent and may not reach to the front of your space.

The vendor spaces will be assigned. Please set up in your designated area. Official Vendor hours are 10 am – 4 pm, but you are welcome to be open anytime the horse show is in progress.

We have overnight security on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Although the vendor area will be closely monitored, LCHS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vendor merchandise or property. Please use your own judgment when leaving items overnight.

We are currently accepting vendor applications for our 2017 show. Renewing vendors get preference and we will be making selections by June 15th.
