Our volunteers are critical to the success of the show. If you’d like to be a participant in helping to keep the Annual Ludwig’s Corner Horse Show & Country Fair alive and thriving, please contact us. Any level of assistance is greatly appreciated. Volunteers get free parking, free admission, a 2017 LCHS tee shirt and other goodies when they come and sign in at the Volunteer Tent for their shift.

Students who need Community Service hours for school, church, youth group, scouts or other such commitment can easily gain service hours by helping out over Labor Day Weekend. The Volunteer Chair will give the student a confirmation letter on LCHSA letterhead, please ask about it. LCHSA is a 501(c)(3)

Volunteer Positions:

Parking: Direct passenger cars where to park in the Main Parking lot. Some shifts start at 7 am and stagger thru the morning, ending around 1 pm. Work with the Main Gate staff who are collecting money in the parking lot; and give attendees general directions to the Main Entrance into the horse show & country fair.  You may have to drive a Golf Cart Shuttle as needed. You will not be responsible for parking Horse Vans or Trailers. Please dress for the weather.

Food on the Hill – located above the schooling ring and serves the exhibitors coffee & breakfast starting at 6 am. Closes early.
