Volunteer

Students, families, and adults who need Community Service hours for school, church, youth group, scouts or are looking for a fun way to assist the community can easily do so by volunteering at any LCHSA event or as needed throughout the year.

Membership

LCHSA members are individuals, families, barns, and organizations who support preserving open space for equestrian sport. Members enjoy benefits including free admission to our Labor Day Weekend event and discounted schooling sessions.

A Chester County Tradition over Labor Day Weekend

In 1943 a group of residents, farm owners & fox hunters in the Ludwig’s Corner area of Chester County met to plan a horse show, the purpose of which would be to bring together lovers of horses, legging up for the fox hunting season, and of preserving the countryside to aid various community activities.

The Ludwig's Corner Horse Show offers divisions for hunters, jumpers, and equitation in three beautiful show rings, attracting horses and riders from across the tri-state region to compete with numerous special awards given. 

​

The Country Fair Midway features vendors, entertainment, inflatables, rides, and games for the whole family. You can grab a bite to eat, sit in our beer garden, and watch the horse show.
