LCHSA Open Schooling
Join LCHSA as a 2021 Member and enjoy schooling benefits at the grounds on designated days this spring & summer!
The Rosato Oval will be open for schooling over fences set from 2’3 and up. Ring 2 will be open for fences set at crossrails up to 2′. A Dressage arena will be set up in the schooling ring if there is interest. Hack out on the grounds afterwards.
These schooling sessions are open to Individual Adults, Families & Barns with an academy/lesson program, that have joined LCHSA as a 2021 Member for a flat fee. Non-Members can come for a fee of $30 per each schooling event. Cash, PayPal or Venmo at the gate. This can be applied towards a 2021 Membership.
Time Slots: 9 AM, 10 AM, 11 AM, unless otherwise indicated. These 1 hour sessions are limited to 8 riders max per time slot, per ring.
*Afternoon sessions offered on select dates.
You must be a 2021 Member of LCHSA to participate or pay the Non-Member fee at the gate. Juniors must have a parent or trainer present. Please note there are no bathrooms on site. Bring your own water and please pack out your trash. Trainers are responsible for their students. Individual riders (not part of a group) may bring a grounds person to help set rails. No pets please.

*Barn $75 (all riders from your barn can come)

Each level of membership also includes: 1 free Hunter or Equitation class at the 2021 Horse Show for the member or trainer on record, and special recognition in the prize list.
Schooling Participants must also complete and return the 2021 waiver via email to Barbara Van Horn, LCHSA Membership Chair.

Your annual Membership benefits the LCHSA/Foundation – a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. LCHSA Memberships, sponsorship and revenue from our 3 day Labor Day Weekend event covers our operating costs and helps maintain our show grounds for all to enjoy.
