The 2021 Horse Show & Country Fair will be held September 4th – 6th.
Our horse show competitors come from across the Brandywine & Delaware Valleys to exhibit over the 3 days. For businesses, this annual horse show provides access to a high-end consumer-oriented market. For individuals & groups, supporting the show is a way to be an important part of a cherished Chester County equestrian tradition for over seven decades. Sponsorship & Donations to the show benefit the LCHSA/Foundation – a 501(c)3.

Your tax-deductible donation to our Foundation helps us preserve and protect 33 acres of open space in Northern Chester County and includes recognition in our horse show prize list, in our beautiful full color program which is given out free to all spectators, on our website, and on our social channels.

Hang a Business Banner.
May we suggest a banner prominently hung on the fenceline along our Main Entrance for the entire month of September. Promote your business information at this highly visible location on heavily traveled Route 100. We also have 1 unique opportunity to place a business banner in the large space under our show grounds sign on Route 100. This sign is lit and can be seen at night. On average, approximately 12,000 cars travel this road daily.
Banners can also be hung in The Rosato Oval and on competition Rings 2 & 3 for the three days of the horse show.
Reserve Your Box Seating
Shaded, tented seating for 6 people reserved for the entire weekend. 2 locations to choose from. 6 Boxholder ribbons and Parking Pass daily.
Purchase a Fence Plaque.
Remember a special pet or equine friend, or recognize your farm or family by having a brass plaque engraved. Plaques are permanently mounted on our Schooling Ring Fence.

Our prize list is posted in its entirety on our website and distributed online across our social channels and E-mailings, reaching an audience of over 25,000 in the Delaware & Brandywine Valleys. These are past/current/potential horse show exhibitors, riding professionals, Hunter/Jumper enthusiasts and horse owners across a wide geographic area.
Ads are in color and can be Full Page, Half Page or Quarter Page and are restricted to the equine/equestrian market & services.

You can directly support the show with fun opportunities sponsoring ribbons or exhibitor prizes, starting at $75. Your donation directly benefits the bottom line of the show. Advertise in our 2021 Show Program
2500 copies of a 4-color, 48-page souvenir program are printed and distributed free at the main entrance to exhibitors, trainers, and spectators when they come to the show. Place your ad in our 2021 show program!
All proceeds from the horse show benefit the preservation of the grounds as open space for the use of the community for events and the ongoing maintenance of the competition rings, grounds and buildings.
