The Rosato Oval (with NEW GGT footing!) will be open for schooling over fences set from 2’3” and up. Ring 3 will be open for fences set at crossrails up to 2′ upon request.

These schooling sessions are open to individual adults, families, and barns that have joined LCHSA as a 2023 Member. Non-Members can come for a fee of $30 per each schooling event. Cash, or PayPal to @LudwigsShow paid at the gate. This can be applied towards a 2024 Membership.

Trainers are responsible for their students. Individual riders may bring a grounds person to help set rails. Pets welcome but must be leashed.

Liability waiver must be signed and presented for each rider and can be found in our 🔗Link in Bio

Our community has come together to support the preservation of our 33-acre grounds for over 80 years. Our grounds are home to several events in our community such as horse shows, a family carnival, cultural festivals, sporting events, and so much more.

Your membership fee, a donation amount of your choosing, goes directly to supporting LCHSA. Our 501c3 organization does not receive any state or federal funding and your donation is tax deductible.

Take your horse off property and tune up before show season begins!

The Ludwig’s Corner Horse Show Association is excited to present a clinic with USEF ‘r’ judge and clinician Bradley Caine on Sunday, April 7, 2024.

Bradley Caine is a USEF licensed “r” hunter and hunt seat equitation judge who has competed on the A circuit for years. She has won numerous awards at Devon, Harrisburg, and Washington International.

Growing up, she was coached by Ronnie Beard, Nelson Pessoa, and George Morris at her family’s famous Winter Park Farm, and produced Olympic caliber horses “Southside” and “Jet Run”. She has taught clinics and judged horse shows all throughout the country.

Cost to participate is $85 per horse. Auditing is FREE and a valuable education opportunity for local riders.

Instruction groups will be formed based on horses and riders registered. Groups will consist of 5-6 horses per group with instruction time lasting 1.5 hours.

Current negative Coggins must be presented for all horses entering the grounds and liability waiver must be completed and signed for all riders.

This year we:

🔹Celebrated our 80th annual Ludwig’s Corner Horse Show and Country Fair. 🎉

🔹Underwent a major upgrade of our Rosato Oval footing to top of the line GGT fiber and Covia sand thanks to the incredible generosity of the footing companies and Apex Arenas.

🔹Served as one of Levante Brewing’s @levantebeergarden outdoor beer garden locations every weekend for the 2023 season. 🍻

🔹Hosted horse shows, dog shows, carnivals, festivals, and cyclocross races on our multi functional grounds and facilities.

Thank you for your ongoing support and we can’t wait to see you in 2024!

Since 1943, the Ludwig’s Corner Horse Show Association has been dedicated to the preservation of our 33 acre grounds and tradition of equestrian sport in a rapidly developing area of Chester County, Pennsylvania.

Thanks to the support of volunteers, sponsors, and exhibitors - we have been able to keep our annual horse show going for eighty years, in addition to providing open space year-round for wildlife habitat, community and cultural festivals, sporting events, and more!

11/5 and 11/12 - West Chester Cross Classic @westchestercx 🚴🚴‍♀️

Back for their 11th year - the WCCX Cyclocross Bicycle race held on the Grounds consists of a 2.2 mile closed course of varied terrain that is fully viewable from our hillside.

Spectators welcome! Races held rain or shine.
